Right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Returning the item you received is the fastest way to get the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate purchase.

Right of withdrawal
(1) Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
(2) The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by him takes possession of the goods.
(3) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us, Pattern Clock, Hartmannstr 24, 72827 Wannweil, info@patternclock.de, of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email).
(4) To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation is sent before the expiry of the period.
**(5) In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that the buyer has chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of the cancellation of this contract.
(6) The refund shall be made using the same means of payment that the consumer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
(7) We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until the consumer has provided evidence that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
(8) The consumer must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which he notifies us of the cancellation of this contract. This deadline is met if the consumer sends the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
